Coffee and Craft Morning, with Armchair Pilates

Come along and join in with knitting or crocheting or if you have a Craft you’d like to share – we would love to see it. Any newcomers, of all ages and abilities are very welcome.  Also, if you’d like to learn to knit or crochet, we have some very experienced ladies who would be more than willing to share their skills with you, or you could just come along for the coffee, cake and the company!

We’re also pleased to share that Anita Loxton will be coming for the last half hour of these mornings to do some Armchair Pilates and balance exercises with anyone who is keen to partake.  For more information, please contact Lou.
